Self protection and security training for persons and institutions, that are active on exposed working places:

In this course, the students receive sound knowledge and pratcital applications of simple and effective self-protection.

In critical situations, the participants learn how to handle behaviour and conflicts, threats and dangerous attacks by persons, taking into account the relationship and the law.

We reserve the right to refrain from admitting any of the persons who are convicted of capital or violent crimes to our courses and to train them in Krav Maga.

We do not teach people that we really want to protect ourselves from.

Krav Maga ia a modern and highly effective self defense system for indivuduals, police and judical authorities, rescue and nursing personnel as well as military and security services.

Krav Maga is from Israel. The self-defense system has been further developed in Europe by police combat police officers to enable people to adapt quickly to critical situations and to cope with any kind of aggression.

With a Krav Maga training, physically weaker and disadvantaged persons in conflict situations have a realistic chance to defend themselves. Our training standards are based on the Self Protect Association Switzerland.

A safe and stress-resistant handling of a weapon system is the bases for the fulfillment of an order, the implementation of one’s own intention and the security for itself and all parties involved.

We provide you with a well-trained shooting training that allows you a safe training basis. This will ultimately lead to the fact that there is no place for avoidable errors when the specification is applied. The courses are aimed at interested individuals, ploice and armed security services, who want to develop themselves and develop further, or simply want to acquire, deppen and consolidate the basic knowledge in dealing with a fist firearm.

The technical and tactical foundations and contents are derived from the personal experiences, attended trainings as well as performed assignments as an instructor. In order to always offer them the best possible training, we are also continuing the resulting findings are incorporated into our training concepts and are integrated into the trining courses.

The basis shooting training containts:

shooting from various shooting positions
drill of tactical defense shooting
defensive shooting from near distance

In addition to the classic Tonfa or PR-24, the MEB Monadnock Expandable Baton has been used in most police departments and security services in recent years.

We offer the officially certified MEB course. In the course, we provide you with all the necessary basic principles when dealing with the telescoping stick. In this way, the participants are instructed in the special advantages of a telescopic bead. The goal of this training is to see the telescopic impact stick as an effective tool and to guide it reliably in the context of the proportionality.

We offer pepper spray courses for individuals and government institutions. In our course you will learn the theoretical basics and a safe and realistic handling of the pepper spray as a defense against self-defense against violent persons and aggressive animals.

The training includes the following:

Correct handling of the pepper spray
Step and arm techniques with the training spray
Behavior and distance in stressful situations
Simulated threat and attack situations
Rolling games (scenarios)
Behavior after the use of pepper spray
